Welcome to the community site! There are a lot of support materials, guidance, and resources available inside!

We have implemented the Password Management Suite for the community portal to enable self-service:

  • Your community portal username and password were initially provided to you by your relationship manager. The format for usernames is generally firstname_lastname.
  • When you initially login to the community (since we implemented PMS - 3/16/2012), you will be redirected to the "workflow community" where you can set your secret questions and answers (2), then let you enter the portal.
  • To retrieve a forgotten password, you will be asked to answer your password reset questions (see portlet on left).

Contact your Relationship Manager if you are interested in having a community account or with assistance to gain access to our resources within the membership portal.
